Doubling time: ca. 18-22 hours​​​​​​​
Harvest: maximum cell density at > 1*10⁶ cells/ml
Storage: frozen with 70% medium, 20% FBS, 10% DMSO​​​​​​​

DSMZ Scientific Data:

Mycoplasma: negative in DAPI, microbiological culture, RNA hybridization, PCR assays
Species validation: Species-level identification was carried out by mitochondrial Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit 1 (COI) DNA barcoding according standard ANSI/ATCC ASN-0003-2015 and revealed Mus musculus species.
Molec. Genetics: genomic sequencing and/or ARMS assay show that the cell line carries the BRAF V600E mutation (mu/wt), but no NRAS Q61 mutation
Cytogenetics: murine near-diploid karyotype - 41(36-43)<2n> - 1-2 centric fusion markers present
